Independent Consultant (IC)

Thank you for your interest in Mason Horvath; however, we don’t contract with Independent Consultants. All of our team are full-fledged employees and we love it that way.

Mason Horvath is the strongest, tightest travel team ever put together and we’re not looking for any “Lone Wolves” to work alongside us. Don’t get us wrong, it’s not that we don’t like Lone Wolves. We’re friends with a ton of fantastic travel professionals that work as IC’s. They just wouldn’t fit in with us.

One of the most basic philosophical beliefs of Mason Horvath is that we are a team. An IC, by definition, can’t be part of our team simply because they are Independent.

But that doesn’t mean we don’t want you. If you believe that you could fit in with our team, please contact us to see if regular employment might work for you.

Worried that employment with us will be similar to your old travel agent position with that old-fashioned agency? Don’t be.

You’re going to find that by joining our team you will have more clients, sell more travel, work with an outstanding group and, yes, even make more money than as an IC.

And most of all, you’ll have more fun doing it.
